Thank you so much. I am guessing it was a heart attack. He was in such great shape, but he did have a health scare a few years ago.

Well, we are still in the 90s....but later this week we will be in the 70's....drastic change....lol

6th grade. I'm homeschooling her until she can be vaccinated. But she has started dance again (just solo classes) and is doing soccer again. So she seems to be enjoying herself.

Do you have any idea what his age was? You’re right, it seems counterintuitive to think people in great shape would die suddenly. God called him home….so it was his time. Just a hard loss for those left behind.
