    Weather finally cooling down….YEA!!!  But supposed to get to 80 in a few days again.  Lots of new projects!!  Tomorrow starts are 3 week quilt class hiatus (teacher only teaches 7 weeks/term), so the posse is coming here with their embroidery machines and we are going to do machine embroidery projects on Tuesdays.  We will still meet Thursdays….whoever wants to come and bring whatever they want to.  May have to hang out a shingle soon!!  LOL

    I could but havenT since the lockdown.  It takes a lot of focus and a block of time.  They are offering “embroidery” which is supposed to include BE, but didn’t sign up because it was going to be both online and in class….and the in class was way more expensive!!

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     That was some beautiful stuff you were making....but your teacher was really elderly wasn't she????  it looked really technical

    Yes…the original teacher was in her 80’s and had Alzheimer’s.  She didn’t really teach for several years but the school let her show up and paid her since she had been there over 25 years and needed the income.  The sub we got once she was too ill to even come in anymore was controversial.  A lot of the older ladies (which was most!!) didn’t like her.  I thought she was good since she actually taught us things!!  She is the one trying to carry on the class, but they have to have 20 for the class to fly—-and first term she didn’t get that.  We learned enough to be able to carry on.  I’m just lazy!!  LOL
