We do Calamari....her favorite was actually whole baby octopus.....lol.....but calamari is as close as we get

WAY WARMER.......we have been in the 70's and 60's......normal temps are in the 40s to 50's It feels more like fall then winter....lol

Well as for presents I am not doing a lot because no one really needs or wants anything and I haven't been shopping to the stores just on line. The grandkids and my son and DIL are coming over but we do that on Christmas Eve Eve. Everyone has gotten they vaccine...well the grandchildren get their second one on Friday. They did fine with the first one.
Our school board just sent out a message today that when school goes back after Christmas masks for students will be optional and the teachers and staff are still required to wear them.

April do students in FL have to wear masks to school???
I am glad that you all are going to be able to get together for Christmas. I know that you are really looking forward to that.

I am Luv...I have missed so much with them. I am praying that in the coming year we can get to some place that I feel comfortable. I have been having a bit of an issue with the anxiety but trying to work through it. I have never had this before.

You know what I am not stressed either at least about getting ready.

I have been getting my doctor appointments done that were put on hold this past year because of Hubby and all his medical things. I have been having some anxiety because of the COVID mess but I am trying to work that out.

How is your hubby doing? Any issues pop up from his heart procedures or covid? Speaking of which, I could use some good thoughts and prayers for my dad's wife (I never think of her as my step mom....lol) Anyway, she is in the hospital, they need to repair one of her heart valve.

It was in the 60's today here and will be in the 70's the next 3 days and then drop back to the low 40's...the change in weather messes with my asthma...April you have asthma don't you???

Awhile back, had to patch the hole in the roof and reshingle the spot. Not fun.....lol It was a hole about the size of a fist, but in order to fix, had to cut the hole bigger so I would have something to nail the replacement board to.

Oh wow....that’s scary that it hit your house.....but ....LOL....you repair roofs too huh...lol
