Mint snowballs are a result of me letting D explore away with food.....LOL!!!!! You won’t find the recipe anywhere because D made it up.....but they are actually pretty good.....you get a dozen pre made vanilla cup cakes from the grocery store mush them up and add peppermint baking chips (or crushed peppermints if you can’t find the baking chips).....mix that up and form into bite size balls then refrigerate for about an hour.....then take a bag of Giradelli melting wafers (white chocolate) pop it in the microwave to melt, then roll your balls in the white chocolate and then in coconut.....let them sit in the fridge until firm and that’s it....LOLOh.......those sound good!!!

LOL.....they really are good actually and easy to make....no oven needed because we cheat and use store bought cupcakes.....LOL

Yes!!! We are doing an up and back trip to get her on the 23rd!!YAY!!! I bet she is looking forward to it. I bet she is a wiz in the Kitchen.

Unfortunately we lost Molly about 4 months ago....not sure what happened to her, my neighbor found her just laying in the yard one day.....no injuries or anythingOh No.......so sorry to hear that........HUGS Glad you still have Boo. Aren't they about the same age?
Yeah they were .....we miss her but she’s with Niecey and she was happy

April, are your family testing for covid before getting together? Mine is not, just curious to see if yours were.
Yeah we always do with the at home testsDo you already have some? Are hard to find right now.? Do they show the results right away, like a pregnancy test or do you send the sample off to a lab?
You can get them in any stores down here....we got them at Walgreens.....we keep them on hand.....and yep you just swab your own nose and get the results in 15 minutes ....they’re easy to use

Sounds like a pretty easy process and you can control how far up the nose it goes. LOL!!!! Those nose tests you see on TV look horrible......LOL!!!!!

He wants to try making a batch with regular chocolate cup cakes and melting chocolate and rolling them in crushed peppermint instead of coconut......LOL.....I think he mostly likes mushing up the cupcakes....LOL
