    Hi Jet!!!!! We’re ok….my hubby is in Fort Myers’s…they are in campers and will be there from any were from 2-6 weeks

    I think about him every day.  Bet he is exhausted.  I know the devastation was INSANE down there.  I can only try to magnify it enough to realize how bad it is.  I know they are all working hard and doing a fabulous job of helping people.  They deserve medals….but that would probably seem insignificant.  

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     Hey Jet.  I am doing pretty good.  Taking one day at a time.  Things are good here since the weather has gotten a bit cooler.

    How are things on your side of the country?

    The pictures that they show are so unbelievable it is just so hard to imagine the damage.

    We see to be past the super hot and humid weather thing we had a few weeks ago.  Nice cool nites now.  Everything seems to be pretty normal….except, of course, for gas and food prices!!

    This is his 10th hurricane deployment….around our area it’s looking a lot better
