I was watching an episode of Dr. Pol last nite while getting ready for bed.  Some younger gal came in with 2 fairly large dogs she wanted to have him check out and vaccinate so she could adopt them.  They had been abandoned with the family moved.  His comment was something like, “Some people clean up the messes other people make…and Mary (not her name, which I don’t remember) is one of those people who takes care of what other people leave behind.”  It was quite endearing the way he said it.  She was a repeat client so he had a history with her.  Our Mary Magdalene kitty is one of those lucky ones!

 
Yes it is very lucky to have found you all ((hugs))

Whoever ends up with her will take good care of her.  Such very unusual markings….and soooo tiny even tho they decided she was maybe 10 weeks old.  Dunno how they determined that, but everyone knows more about cats than I do!!!  We had the one cat (it came to us) that almost got left in Utah (you’ll have to read the tamale pie story!) and since he died some years later, we haven’t had another.

 

Ok ….lol….I’m really intrigued about this story now…..lol

LOL...............I LOVED your story.  It really did give me a good laugh. LOL  Also, the town Bend...was interesting as I knew a person who lived there.

Bend is still a nice little city.  It was much smaller back in the ‘70s but it is still pretty quaint and pretty small town feeling.  I was up there at the Sisters Quilt Show (Sisters is a town in the area) in about 2011 maybe….and we spent time haunting quilt shops in the area!

LOL..........sounds like you had a wonderful time.  Did you find anything that you remember as being special?
