That’s a good thing to do!  Helps with positivity.

Here’s a quick story.  Saturday was our craft guid and I take two ladies who are 91 years old.  So I dropped off the one who lives closest to the church and while I was inside, the other one who is much more mobile but has some issues with balance ended up falling while she was trying to go around the car to the front seat (I was driving!).  When I saw her she told me she wasn’t hurt but she was putting herself down for trying to do what she did.  We both thought we might have to call the paramedics but I suggested we just try to use the sliding door handle on the minivan and see if she could pull herself up while I tried to lift her from behind with my arms under her armpits.  Good think I thought about locking the door first!!!  LOL. She was able to get up, was not hurt (probably sore the next day), and she should not tell her daughter who is a control freak or she will never allow her to go out again!!

But the point of the story was that as we had just successfully gotten her up off the curb, a small white car with several young people in it randomly came around the corner (we were 3 houses from the 4-way stop) and the one in the passenger seat leaned out of the window as they slowed down and asked if we needed help!  No one was more surprised than I was, but I said to my friend, that there was an example of the goodness of perfect strangers.  I assume their intentions were good and they showed no malice, so I will chalk that up as an indicator that most people are still basically good.

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. It really did….and she was apparently struggling more than it showed

Poor girl, I hope that it didn't do any more damage to her body.

She said she would heal and be fine but if she didn’t leave it could cause a much more serious injury

Oh good, it didn't do any permeant damage.  Glad she is leaving before it could.

So sorry she had to drop out, but she did the right thing for her health.  More important than a dance competition.  Prayers for her!

Gotta go…supper is ready….hope it isn’t tamale pie!!!  LOL

(((HUGS))) Sweet dreams!!!

Oh wow?..how is your cousin now

She is having more issues than when she was younger but seems to be doing ok.

OH MY!!!!!!

What are the first symptoms?

Some of the ones my cousin had were numbness in different parts of her body especially arms and legs, exhaustion, vision problems like double vision for my cousin. Oh and she had trouble walking. She was lucky that her case was not the very progressive one, her symptoms were slower at coming on.

Oh my........I have some of those issues at times.  Now my mind is going off the deep end. LOL......So glad for her that it wasn't very progressive.
