Hi CEK! I’m so sorry it’s taken me long to respond to your post. I’m also sorry I’ve been neglecting my duties on this board. I got so busy over the holidays, with my kids coming down to spend a couple of weeks with us, which was wonderful. But after they left, my husband got infected with covid and passed it on to me. It hit me pretty hard and took me a couple of weeks to recover but I’m finally back to normal again. Those are the reasons I’ve been away from the mb for so long. I will be back to posting again this week.
I had a wonderful Christmas and I hope you did too, my friend!

Oh my Booky. So sorry that you and your hubby came down with covid. I am very happy to hear that you both are feeling better. I am glad that you had a wonderful holiday season. Glad to see you back posting on the MB. Maybe, you can even pop in during the AGT chat on Monday.
PS. have you heard from Annie lately? How is she doing? Hope all is well.

Thank you, Luv! I'm so grateful to be back in good health again. I had some scary moments during covid when I lost both my sense of taste and smell. Thankfully, I regained both senses a few days later. Covid may not be a big deal if you coast through it like my husband did with just a cough, but if you get complications like I did, it can be very scary. This is why people need to take it seriously.
I did hear from Annie while I was recovering from covid. We chatted about Meryl - both of us wondering if she will ever get pregnant. lol We also chatted about DWTS. When my daughter came down, I was not aware that she had used her password to install Disney+ so her son could watch his favorite shows in her old bedroom. As soon as she told me, I got on to see if I could find DWTS and was excited to see it was there, so I watched the whole season! I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. In fact, I haven't enjoyed a season of DWTS this much since Meryl and Charlie's season with the show. Annie ended up subscribing to the network so she too could watch it. She said she enjoyed the show as well. Annie also told me that Peta was undergoing IV treatments because she was having trouble conceiving. We have since learned that she has gotten pregnant and is due in June. And I'm sure you have heard that Val and Jenna had their baby about a week ago.
