How is Star and R2D2 doing?
Star seems to be doing very well this term. R2D2 are doing well, although D2 seems to have picked up the "robo flu" at a competition they were volunteering at. He was the head referee, and she was a Game Announcer. But they are overall doing well.

So they’re working on a car???Yes!!!! The airplane is finished as far as hubby could take it. The fuselage still needs work but that was the task for the 90 year old!!! LOL. He really has never made it a priority. Not suer how this will eventually work out!! LOL. No one is getting younger!!! LOL
Oh that reminds me….LOL….D wanted me to ask you …are black boxes on planes really black and how did they get the name black box if not 😀😀
I’m not sure!! Most of the black boxes they pull out of the wreckage on Air Disasters are not black!! Maybe they were black at one time but most are orange or fluorescent, probably so they are easier to find?! I will guess they got the name either because of the original color OR because the information is unknown until they find the boxes and listen to the info and data. See if you can watch Air Disasters on TV. It is really interesting! We recently saw the episode that involved an airliner from Mexico and a private plane that crashed a few miles from our house. They do a reenactment of what happened and talk about who was in the wrong,etc. In that particular crash (1986), y daughter’s friend in JHS died when a piece of the private airplane landed in her house where she was sleeping. She had a twin brother who also died as well as her dad. The really touching part was that about 10 years after the crash, the survivors and others had a meet and greet thing here locally. A woman who lost her husband who was Chinese and on the airliner decided she wanted to try to meet the lady whose children died (the oldest son walked out of the house; mo had been shopping that Sunday morning). She spotted someone she thought might be the mother, they introduced themselves and have been friends ever since then! The episode was from about 2012, I want to say.
I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

He got 18 out of 30 but not sure he’ll get the votes to stay
A lot of DWTS fans were upset about him being on the show
Especially with Maks doing so much work with Child help to prevent child abuse

Oh wow….that is an amazing story …very touching and I’ll have to look the show up
