Isn’t it amazing how grown up they can look when they’re dressed up??Oh, yes….and A has just blossomed in HS!! Doing well academically, playing sports (sometime to her dismay (mom makes them do a sport after school!!), and just growing socially. The ADHD seems to be “learning up” (not the right words!) so school is clicking for her, which makes life in general much better.

What kind of weapons do they use?Weapons?? !! Our grandkids never got that far!!! LOL. They do know how to shoot firearms, but not quite the same as what D is doing!! LOL
Niecey and my son did Bo staff, bokan sword and nun chucks …
What in the heck do those things look like??!!! That is TOTAL GREEK to me!!! LOL
I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

Twins!!!! We had a banquet instead of a prom too when I was in HS

We never had proms either at boarding school! The dances were awkward and we were assigned an “escort” from the military academy 40 miles away!! I was not amused, nor did I find it fun!!! We were required to go!! The boys came to our school!!
Oh my….LOL…that would be awkward 😬…. Did the match ups ever “click” for the long run….lol

She sends us these love notes from her phone quite often. She sent one recently that just made me SOB!! It was soooo sweet, full of great memories of things we have done with them, places we have gone, how much she loved us….I’m choking up just writing about it!! Very sweet….it made our day!!

I think I know what a Bo Staff and nun chucks are, but what dos a bokan sword look like? Jet and I need pictures. LOL

Hi Jet!!!!! How’s the West coast????Hey, April….e are finally drying out but the weather is still awfully cold for this late in spring!!! Breeze is cool…but it was a super CLEAR nite las nite with a SUPERly beautifully full moon at 10:30 when I took Biscuit out.
Are temps have been crazy too......One day summer like temps....we even hit 92 one day, another day, we are in the 50's for highs. it has been crazy. LOL
It has been a crazy month or so
