do you remember in the interview with Tony he said something like they were almost afraid to ruin what they have....maybe it's partly been a fear of losing each other if they went there and it didn't work....but maybe now they're finding themselves more willing to take that risk

I agree. And this takes lots of courage. Love is always a risk. My dad's best friend had to woe his to be wife twice before they got married, a marriage that lasted for over 50 years. But she was terrified, and he was patient. He courted her again and they rescheduled the wedding.

Part of me wonders if it was simply that DWTS did not expect him to get new representation that would make demands on Maks' behalf. I just find it odd that there was all that hoopla about a big announcement on GMA and Wendy Williams was sure they were going to announce Maks as judge. Two variables: one is Maks's new representation; the other was the announcement about a DWM studioe coming to Sherman Oaks. I believe that the question about Sherman Oaks was circulated just before the supposed announcement that Maks would be a judge on DWTS. A week later, for the very first time JH's name surfaces. Whatever happened, I believe that Maks is legally bound, and has been told so by his representation to say nothing.
