yes, it's hard to make too much of a connection between the two of them from this distance...
but this much we know: Janel's in Las Vegas on a long-planned "girls' weekend gone wild" birthday trip for her friend Sam Altlamura's 23rd. Their lookin' good, gambling, losing, and apparently having a great and memorable time. Everything is hashtagged # sams23vegas.
Yet J and V certainly must be in constant contact. Ex:... she's still up, Vegas-ing, and posting pictures at 2:15 a.m., understandably....but so is he... at 2:19...and telling us to "mind our business".

This is from Val's latest tweet.... they tease you on this page, that they've added another star to SWAY.
Keep in mind Val is on KTLA tomorrow morning...with some announcement.
