Janel just started her performance as Juliet for the night... I think I'll stay up and see what kind of social media activity goes on after the show.
She has been getting along ok today...her mom apparently made a bandana for Janel's new little rescue pooch, Kleo. She is in love with that pooch!
She quoted Shakespeare and tweeted a picture of Alec Cyganowski (Romeo) this evening. But then tweeted a line from the Selena Gomez' hit, "The heart wants what the heart wants" see below: And got almost 1,000 favorites in less than two hours

So, where are things with Val? Totally out of the picture? His choice, not hers. Her fault? Who knows. Will she attend Sway under these circumstances? ....will she perform in the DWTS live tour in San Diego and LA in February as previously announced?
It is all a big question mark at this time. And I prefer not to speculate. I'll keep some anger I have toward misogynists to myself allowing the Janelskiy After Dark Twitter Page to speak on that subject.
And I'll continue to post things that seem to pertain to Team Janelskiy. I wouldn't totally write them off quite yet.

I'm happy to report that things are looking up! In my opinion they either cleared the air, or even enjoyed some time together after her performance last night. More later

Yesterday morning when Val posted "good morning #offtowork" and it was Sunday! ...I was pretty sure he meant it was time to get back to NYC for rehearsal and prep for Sway. And as evidenced by Peta's tweet...he is indeed back with that gang...and doesn't he look happy!

So unless Val took the red-eye from LA to NYC, it's unlikely (not impossible) that he and Janel watched the movie he alluded to, but something put her in a much lighter, happier frame of mind. And that makes me happy, whatever it is. Just as her last night's show came to and end, she tweeted the below: (And whether the two raised hands with musical notes indicate doing a little "happy dance" - most commmon - or even just taking the symbol as a peace sign x 2 it's all good.) And somehow not getting home at the planned time (dog tweet) seems like a happy development too. 
Well, maybe she drove him to the airport. Let's see if she goes to Sway.

I hope this works...I want to pick up this video where Val is overcome...and states that he knows there are things more important than the win. There are/were some very deep and real feelings between these two...and I hope they will both give it every chance to grow.
