According to the schedule we know of, there is nothing scheduled for Meryl from Feb 4 through the start of SOI March 14(I assume they meet earlier for some practices again).

I personally can’t imagine Meryl staying in Michigan studying for over a month. I think unscheduled time maybe new…

Something is up though. There is a big fundraiser in Plymouth on the 27th. It raises money for a camp for kids with severe disabilities. Right now every major ice dance couple in the Detroit area , including Weaver and Poje, are performing except Meryl and Charlie.

Maybe Meryl and Charlie will go, but have yet to actually commit? But I agree, if they don’t go then there is a good reason.

It’s 3 weeks from today. If they were going to perform,you’d think they would have committed by now. The top 4 US teams are performing so maybe they don’t want to potentially overshadow them. They both seem to want to promote the current, and future teams( Kaitlyn and Jean Luc) rather than having everyone begging them to come back.

I agree, something is up. They have what appears to be down time and we are getting next to nothing from them since Munson awards. We have all seen the interaction between them at SWDOI and SWAY so we know they care about each other. We also know that their families and friends ship them. I can only think of two plausible explanations. Either they are together, making good use of this time before SOI. Or they have gone different directions. You can make what you will of that. Personally, I’m hanging my hat on them being together. You just don’t dump that kind of connection unless there is a lot more to the story than we know. Of course, there is always going to be more to the story than we know Lol! so just keep paddling I guess

This is making me very nervous.

I don’t know why Meryl and Charlie having downtime is making people nervous about MnM. HE may not have downtime, we’ve see that before. Meryl has been busy when Maks hasn’t. Listen all the Peta tabloid stuff is going to make them go to ground again just like during the
JLO crap. If Meryl is in LA right now and they get photographed together or post something, can you imagine what the tabloids would say, ” While Petas away, Maks plays with Meryl Davis”. The last thing Maks wants to do is drag Meryl into his tabloid mess. We know they’ve seen each other before without the tabloids or them posting about it at the time. The fact she wasn’t spotted or posted anything personal for several days is a positive for us.

I fully agree with books. I’m not sure how Meryl & Charlie’s down time makes people nervous about MnM.

Above there is a reference to SWDOI and Sway, so I thought a big part of this conversation had to do with M&M.

The downtime and quiet does not make me nervous. Their resurrection on SM yesterday almost at the exact time was enough for me. Maks liked two of Meryl’s posts. Jenna and Serge liking her posts. Meryl liking Nicole’s posts. Teddy being “Meryl Davis.!” If they are not together now, I think they will be. I totally agree that Maks’s tabloid problems have driven them underground, especially Meryl. No sightings of her anywhere!

There was also a tweet on there from Lisa O'Hurley that said something like #thismaygetmekickedoutofhere"...about the golf event so apparently the attendees are under some SM moratorium. They are all in seclusion in Palm Desert/Rancho Mirage or wherever....on somebody's private rez out there. Nothing is gonna get out of there other than something from the head guy's wife!!! I think since we've not had any Meryl sightings the odds just went up that she/they may be out there. Of course, my disclaimer is that I KNOW NOTHING so don't quote me. Just trying to connect the dots or fit the puzzle pieces together.

There was also a tweet from someone yesterday that she saw Maks in a casting room. No pic, tho. Maybe that was sent out as a decoy. I can't imagine he wouldn't be at the golf event. Rain is supposed to be coming (probably another lousy 1/4" or so!! LOL) so good thing they must be done on the links.

I also loved C&M's dance to "Say Something". Wasn't sure if that was the one that Sharna choreographed, but now you've confirmed it!!! Beautiful work they all did on it.

Loved this.   And I do hope we have a full house when it comes time to watch the new Season.   The only rule (for me...self imposed) is "No Shipping"

When the TV shows were being discussed last night, no one mentioned The Andy Griffith Show. A couple of years ago, I started watching them again, mainly because Don Knotts cracked me up. He was the star of that show, even though it needed both Barney and Andy to play against each other. My favorite was "The Clubmen" the one where Andy and Barney were invited to visit the Esquire Club in Raleigh. I saw an interview with Don's daughter, and she said that her father and Barney were nothing alike. Don was well-read and sophisticated. 
 

I LOVED Little House, Michael was a genius and boy could he write.  Some of my favorite eps. he wrote.
