Well I am back from the doctor and I FINALLY have the scrip to go and get some xrays of my back and some blood work...Thank goodness!!!!!

My back is quite sore right now...something happened when I was getting off the table and it felt like it caught and I thought I was gonn throw up it hurt so bad....so I am off to the heating pad for a bit....

Thank you all for being so concerned about me...You will never know what it means to have "friends" "sisters" like you!!!!

Love how she embraces Sharna like a daughter, then wraps up Artem after giving him a hug just like she did Val.  Easy to see who is and isn’t fam as kym didn’t get any kind of greeting, not on video at least.
 Mama C looks very beautiful and glamorous.  So sweet yet sad she had to come to the GMA studios just to get a quick visit with val.
