I googled him and recognized him right away from All My Children!!!  Dr. Charles Tyler!!!!  LOL  I loved his character, as I recall.  I think he and Phoebe (a witch, played very well by hmmm....can't remember her name) were married at least for a while (!) on the show.  Wiki said he was forced to retire due to hearing loss that affected his ability to hear cues.  Died at age 70 in 1986.

Thanks. They had three children and were married for forty years.

Who was he on AMC?? I used to watch that religiously---back in the day!!! LOL

AMC fan here too!  I miss that soap and also One Life To Live!

Me three.....I didn't start watching until the Michael Cambis (sp) / Bianica Rape (storyline)....Kendall was on trial for his murder.    I, then got hooked and  finished out the show until it was cancelled.  Hated to see it go, but some of the stories were just out there and not very interesting.
