Anyone watch the Mentalist last night?  I thought it was pretty good. I have like the series since Red John, so I am a bit sad to see it go.

The cap is 2 million which may sound like a lot of money but remember the lawyer gets a third and the rest is taxable so what does that really leave her?  Plus, her insurance company won't pay her bills.  And she has to reconcile herself to the idea that she lost 2 important body parts due to someone's mistake.  OYE!!

I am glad she doesn't have cancer but wow, that is a major, life changing event. Darn Doctors always wanting to cut and not making sure that it is warrented. Insurance companys always there EXCEPT when you need them. She should NOT have to pay for anything. Hopefully, she can get that taken care of in the suit.  Lawyers, you hate them.....but you need them. lol  I will be praying for her and her emotional state.  She must be so down. Glad that she has you and your daughter to lean on.  She is going to need lots of friends during this.

Doesn't it seem like there should be some sort of checks and balances for this type of thing? This is when everyones true colors come out right?  The insurance companies and the medical communities will turn on you in a minute, it's disgusting, She sure has a lot to deal with right now.

Glad you are well....can't ask for much more, can we?!!!  Happy, Healthy, and Alive is certainly good enough for me!!  LOL
