1) Peta's first tweet yesterday said, "100 roses delivered to my hotel".  The fact that many would suspect the roses were from Maks could be to wind things up because I don't believe he would do that just because there is always the chance she would put that on SM, which was a problem they had in their former life.  That they are from Maks is also not necessarily a correct assumption.

2) She didn't say the roses were delivered TO HER--just to the hotel where she was staying!!!  LOL  Maybe they were for other guests--or for display in the hotel?!!!  Why would any realistic person send 100 roses to someone who was only going to be at the hotel for one more nite (although we know she arrived on the 13th)??  LOL

3)  Notice also in this follow-up tweet the "LOL" regarding having the roses in her suitcase.  That indicates to me she is kidding!!

4) Further, and this is speculation, I somehow don't think that Meryl would have liked the tweet if things were not ok between MnM.  She would have just ignored it.

5)  The more intriguing "like", however, would seem to be Serge!!  Wasn't there a tweet of him and Peta the day after she returned from down-under wearing the koala and kangaroo "pressies" (whatever that means in Australian!  LOL) she brought back???   Hmmmmmm......If she and Maks were together, why would she be hanging with Serge???

Just sayin'.....easy to assume things are one way but may be something quite different.

Just wanted to say thanks Jet for your comments.  For as much attention as I pay to peta (which is zero) the thought  crossed my mind that Maks had sent the flowers but it was a fleeting thought as there was no real logic to it.
I see Maks was with Val last night and Meryl was freezing in Michigan...what is it going to take to bring these two together for a holiday or birthday?

It seems that part of working things through on the MnM ship is to look at the people around them--as well as their own "behavior" (as best we have known it or what we can deduce from it).  To me, it is less important that they get together for a holiday or birthday (they actually may do that and we just don't know!) than it is that they just get together when they are both able to.

Honestly, I am about 90% convinced that MnM were both at the ChildHelp golf event at the rez in the dez LAST weekend in the Palm Springs area.  I googled the host's name and found an aerial shot of his 249 acres of desert complete with private golf course, swimming pools, main house and other buildings, 8 guest houses, etc., etc.  Hence, perhaps what prompted Maks' rather plebeian toilet tweet about "fancy houses.....doing fancy things" when it was over!  Recall that he and Meryl both went sm silent right after her and Charlie's Munson awards presentation--so from that Wed. until her "Tuesday blooms" tweet--then her (last) Wed. cappuccino tweet, basically that was IT for a week.  Maks was MIA during that time till he turned up in LA with the drone group on Friday?   Oh--and Maks's posting of the song "Kiss Me" on his soundcloud--another clue.  In case you didn't know, John O'Hurley's wife tweeted something on about the Sat. nite from the golf event about an SM moratorium that was imposed on the  place for the 4 days.  A perfect hideout for anyone and everyone looking to remain anonymous out there!  It is about a 2.5-3 hr. drive from that location to West LA--assuming no or little rush hour inbound traffic (which is never the case!!).  So the lack of sm and the soundcloud posting of a love song have been pretty consistent clues as to MnM's "togetherness" even if we don't see any relevant photos for 3 months!!  LOL  Meryl has been VERY active on SM since Friday and obviously was back in MI for her brother's birthday yesterday (assuming he is even in the state)....even liking wedding gowns!!  LOL  And Maks went to Val's performance last nite in 1000 Oaks.  Oh--and Peta was out of the country during the time when MnM could have been together....so more reason for MnM to lay low.  The media would have a field day with the "when the cat's away, the mice will play" bit---and one more reason I am not convinced that Maks and Peta are anything other than friends and pro partners.  Her name is not on the Fuzion schedule for Sharna and Paul's summer workshops at this point either---and Meryl did a little promo clip for it including "hope to see you there!".  Sooooo.....the mystery is still a mystery but reading clues and trying to put the puzzle together give us a chance to know what Sherlock Holmes must have felt like!!!  LOL  LOL
