For the past few days,Lady Gaga, has been recounting her excitement about performing at the Oscars. Well, now we know why. She performed a medley of songs from Sound of Music (“The Hills Are Alive,” “My Favorite Things,” “Edelweiss,” and “Climb Every Mountain”) making everyone who said she can’t sing completely speechless (and wrong). Actually let me rephrase that. Making everyone speechless. So, now we can add opera to the list of musical talents Gaga has that no one knew about. And to top it off, Julie Andrews seemed absolutely floored as she walked on stage to hug Gaga.See the video of this experience here.
