This is quilt class day and I actually have something to baste together!!! LOL OMG...what a shocker!!! I've been doing several things that just seem not to get to completion!!!
Today is my deceased brother's birthday. He and I always exchanged email birthday greetings (was always surprised he remembered mine but we both are the 18th of different months). Need to send my sis-in-law a note. Have taken to sending her his happy birthday greeting since his passing. Need to send her some new pics of the grandkids. Neither of their boys are married yet and she loves getting family news.
That said, best get off and act on that thought!!!

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

LOL........not going to ship.........no matter what. Plus, he is coming off a divorce......them be SHARKS in the water......pun intended. lol
I am not either...LOLOnly thing is, I really like Kym...just became acquainted with her this winter through the live tour.
And she could do worse!!! Just sayin'.
LOL I have always loved Kym and am glad she is back on the show. Nice that she was able to do the tour also....and kinda bond with the other dancers.

Sorry about the passing of your brother, it is nice that you continue the traditon with your sister-in-law.....families and freinds do tend to make the "hard stuff in life" somewhat easier.
Friendship is a priceless gift that can't be bought or sold, its value is far greater than a mountain made of gold.
May this FriendSHIP always have wind in its sails and a sunrise on the horizon.

Hi guys 
I have a few quiet minutes so I wanted to update you all....sorry it took so long to get you all an update just had so much going on up here but .....WE MADE IT TO THE ONCOLOGY FLOOR YESTERDAY!!!!!!! and ok LOL......I know only in my upside down world is it something to celebrate when your child makes it to the oncology floor.......but in our case that means she is doing better......the last few days they have started the parent education classes so that we understand and are comfortable with what to do with her when we get her home......we have also been getting the home health care set up and working to get her on the hospital home bound program at school so she can do her work from home for the next couple of months while she is on chemo.....she is in good spirits and has had a steady stream of her teenage friends coming in and out visiting her ......I am doing much better with this too......it's still hard but my sense of humor and positivity is coming back and I feel like we can handle this now I have seen parents up here with younger children who aren't able to understand what is happening to them and I realize that I am blessed that my child is able to understand whats happening and the reasons the Dr's have to do what they have to do and why we have to let them.....they are hopeful she will go home either Fri night or Sat !!!!!!YAY!!!!! then her chemo will be outpatient ......thanks so much for holding my hands through this....esp during those first really rough days of shock and fear of the unknown........I know we still have a long road ahead but I believe we will make it and she will beat this!!!! and the night she gets home from the hospital we will be doing some celebrating ok????LOL
