Rest in peace. Founder of Weight Watchers. When I was still working, a couple of co-workers joined WW and had such good things to say about it. At that time it cost nothing to join, they learned good things, had support in their efforts to lose some lbs. I remember one man brought his lunch that included Potato Salad...but instead of potatoes the chunks were cooked cauliflower! He gave me a bite, it was great!

Just watched the whole 50 some minutes of After Buzz...which ordinarily would be such a chore for me to get through. But quite entertaining, informative, funny this time because of
Mark and Shirley Ballas and their insight and comments.

I am a Lifetime Member of Weight Watchers....have gone off and on for 30+ years but lost 111 pounds on it...It does work...It is a lot different than when I first joined, the last time I went was probably 8 years ago with my daughter who thinks she is "fat" LOL
