It's so nice to see Val getting his moment in the sun. Now that he's finally gotten his mirrorball trophy, he can relax and enjoy the process next season without stressing out over it.
This was a great season...so many likeable celebs. Season 18 will always be my favorite, but Season 20 is a close second for sure.

Good morning sisters. Although you do not hear from me often, I think of you and pray for you, and especially for those of you going through difficult times. As you all know I attend an African American Church. Several days ago one of the members at New Hope posted the following video which I have shared with my children. It is hilarious. And as we all know laughter is good for the body and the soul. And it occurred to me that all of you would enjoy this. Hugs and love to all of you.

Ratings....
Dancing With The Stars notched a 2.3, up significantly from last week's 1.5 adults 18-49 rating, but down a tenth from last spring's finale.
Friendship is a priceless gift that can't be bought or sold, its value is far greater than a mountain made of gold.

Good afternoon my lovelies.
I got home from the choir concert at 8 MINUTES to the hour. . . Should I turn on DWTS and catch JUST the announcement of the winner, or wait and watch my full recorded show.
I turned it on, just in time to see just the 2 couples standing there - so I knew Noah had been eliminated - and watched as they named the winners.
I'm glad for Val. As Booky said, it removes some of the pressure and allows for a more relaxed and genuine Val in the coming seasons. I tweeted him congratulations.
And I hope that the exposure does some good things for Rumer, and her career. I read somewhere that with the trust fund she came into at age 25, she was looking at buying a nightclub. True? Who knows. I don't really believe much of what I read anymore, sadly.
