we're holding up here......she had a platelete transfusion fri and when they did her blood work her levels for the stuff in your blood that fights infection were extremely low so we are having to be very careful of germs....LOL.....Eastcoast would be proud of how germ free we've become  .....LOL......she goes tomorrow for more chemo and to recheck her blood levels again.......but we're doing well over all

 
So, let me understand...they can still give her chemo despite the low count for fighting infection (isn't that white blood cells?)?

 she is schedualed for the chemo tomorrow but they will do the blood work first......then yes they can do it if her immunity is low....they just have to be more careful and moniter her levels closely.....and ...well it measures part of her cell count but other things in the blood that fight infection too.......I'm still learning how it all works myself 

 
It's a whole education in itself, I'm sure.  You can apply for a job when she's all better!!
