    Great idea!!! I loved them too except it was hard to keep the clothes on them back then. Now they are magnetic!!!

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     They're not....I've never felt they would (so they probably will!!! LOL). i think they are done competing.

    I think maybe they are too.....maybe Booky knows more she follows the skating sights right???

His best friend from middle school is the young black man on the right end of the panel  Bryan is in the blue shirt and he is talking.  Joe Mitchell, to Bryan's left and our right, was not only Bryan's best friend in middle school, he, along with his dad, is now co-pastor of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.  He and Bryan and four other boys spent a lot of time at either our house or the Mitchell House. In 2003, Bryan filmed and produced a documentary on Joe's Dad, Leroy, and on the founding of New Hope.  When Leroy Mitchell and his family arrived in DeKalb, Ill. it was still a sundown community, one of the last in the nation.  Leroy was NIU's Chance Program Director.
     Men on the panel coninuing from Bryan's left.  David C. from Puerto Rico, David  B. from DeKalb, Fred from Sycamore, Reggie student from NIU and Chicago, Adam, student from NIU and Louisiana.  It was Fred's story about having to explain to his six year old daughter what  Mexican was that was probably the most poignant.  He had a hard time telling it.

    This is Sean Johnson who moderated the discussion.  Sean came to dinner number 3 to hear the panel discussion by the two police chiefs and moderated by Joe Mitchell.  He has now become friends with both police chiefs.  The NIU police chief and his family have made a commitment to come to every dinner, except for illness or when they are on vacation.  He is actively working at getting other NIU Policemen to come to the dinner.  Caption(Nick Brooks for Shaw Media)

    Maks (Bergen County Interview when asked about the kind of woman he would like to marry.)  "I'm drawn to success.  I want to be somebody's fan, excited about her life, her career, her choices."
