He looked in the passenger window where my Dad was sitting. Had he got angry he could have done extreme damage to the vehicle, but the ones in Banff are so use to humans it takes a little more to provoke them than the ones you see in the wild. The deer also come up and will eat out of your hand. It's a really unique place.
wow......that's amazing......where is Banff located at???? I bet they could do some serious damage......they are big animals and those antlers are huge

I have incredible memories and experiences from all my travels. It would take me weeks to relay them all. I told my boys the day they were able to be left alone I was going to travel and that is what I did. I've seen a lot of the world and have many stories to tell my grandkids.
Wonderful. Me----I haven't even visited all of the US states yet. LOL
I have at least experience NY and Cal, so I can at least say I have been to the coasts. LOL hehehe
LoL yep yu have. I've been in every province in Canada, every state in the continental US, I've been to Alaska, I lived in Puerto Rico, I've been to Cuba 7 times, and I've been to 3/4 of Europe. I've not made it to Ireland yet but I've been to Wales, Scotland and England on a few occasions. I really want to go to Mongolia but I'm not sure if I will make it there.

He didn't lick anyone but when I was in Morocco I rode a camel and that smelling thing licked right up the side of my face and I couldn't stop laughing to push him away.
Oh yuck !!! LOL but that would be so cool to get to ride one. They are another animal that scares me a bit.
There were several of us that went for a ride. The camel goes down on one knee for you to get on and off. Mine went down great when I got on but refused to go back down for me to get off. The owner was beating him with a bamboo cane and the camel was roaring. Boy they make an odd sound. Again all I could do was laugh cause I couldn't get off without him going down.
sounds like he liked you and what an amazing adventure....that is so awesome did anyone get it on video for you????

Banff is in Alberta close to the British Columbia border. It's about an hours drive from where I live. It's right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

Cool, was this some sort of place that you can interact with them? Or just that they live among people so they are "tame"?
