This must be the rehearsal.  Or would she wear this?  Obviously, I have no idea what the current trend in bridal fashion is.  *lol*  I got married in a pant suit, but not one that 'tried' to look like a dress?  And that floral arrangement on her head.  Wow!  Just wow.....

I would think the rehersal maybe too.....Val doesn't look dressed for the wedding yet

The outfit'sbeautiful but that garden on her head looks terrible.  IMO

I think the idea of the flower wreath in her hair was a good one but this one is just a bit too big for her

You would love the Sistine Chapel.  It's incredible.

yes and I want to see the cieling  ....there is so much in Italy I would love to see......all of the old statues and art and buildings and also the country side too  the small towns and things

Pompeii is another place that needs to be seen.  It's really sad to see the destruction but it's such a part of Italy's history.
The Duomo above has so many cherubs carved into the building.  It will just amaze you when you think that building was built by men with virtually no education.  The architecture is amazing.

Nope not yet.  I have a tshirt that says Canadian grown Irish roots.

Happy belated Canada Day, HRM.  I follow figure skating a bit.  Certainly an impressive presence of your countrymen there, HRM.  Also very likeable in their interviews.  Hope you make it to Mongolia soon!

hi gabriele.....tyvm.  How are things in your part of the world.

We have one more day of school left, then a fortnight of holidays.  Always looking forward to that.  They are having the burial of my Dad's ashes back in Germany today, so I'm having a bit of a quiet, reflective day today here.
Have you been to Africa, HRM?  I' love to go there, but might have to be in another life.  ;)

that sounds amazing and that's what fascinates me about the ancient buildings is how they did it all with how little they had to work with.......I would like to see the pyramids in Egypt for that reason too and the Mayan ruins too

Re: Finally, THE FINALE

Time for me to run also.  I just noticed the time.  How it flies by when you're having fun.

Take care gabriele, stay safe.  I hate to leave you here by yourself.

Very briefly.  I was in Morocco for a couple of weeks but didn't really get to see a lot of the country.  I would love to go back though
