Whoo, just heard some thunder. Glad for the rain, it will cool things off. It was over 100 again today.
HRM, what is the weather like up where you are at?
Gabriele, you are in winter....any snow yet? Isn't that rare tho where you are at?
It has been raging hot here for weeks, in the 100's then on Wed we had 3 Tornadoes but fortunately only 1 touched down and didn't cause much damage. No injuries No deaths so it was a good day.

Hi Luv, sorry I didn't see your greeting. I'm always getting myself lost by catching up from behind.
I'm glad you're feeling so relatively well and comfortable despite your surgery today, HRM.
Glad you can have your girl home before another round of chemo, april. Also pleased to hear they are keeping her under close observation now.

Thank you the flowers are beautiful. I think you maybe had more of a problem with the stent than what I'm going to have. I'll PM you about it.OK....and yeah they couldn't do the stent with me because when they tried I had a loopy tube....LOL....so they ended up doing the thing with putting the drain in my back
I'm straight as an arrow and I smirk as I say that seeing as my name is now Chong.....LoL

Okay, be back in a min.IMO It really isn't much different to the thongs you see all over the beaches. *shrugs*
Maybe I'm not used to it, HRM. The sun is so harsh here - we are directly under the ozone hole I believe - that you'll see very few people so exposed. But it is generally more prudish here than even decades ago in Europe.
I'm not into the skimpy suits either but I've always believed "what you see is what you get what you don't see's better yet"

Oh dear. those tornadoes......didn't know that Canada was prone to them like the US. I guess, they do pop up everwhere, just never thought of Canada as having its own "tornadoes alley" as we call it. Glad it didn't do much damage.

It is, Luv. Last time we had enough to remain on the ground until about lunch time, was in 1996. We do get overnight frosts a few times during the winter and lately also just after sunset. My eldest came through last night on his way back from the snowfields (Falls Creek in Victoria) where he had been skiing with his mates. That's why I was up at some unusual time early in the morning to 'twist' our story, view.
