Noah Galloway on life, love, career plans after 'DWTS'As the Alabama Army veteran faces his post-"Dancing" future, he has a big plus on his side: a supportive fiancee, Jamie Boyd. Also, Galloway can rely on an extremely savvy business counselor: Robert Herjavec of "Shark Tank."Q: =inheritYou’ve made a significant career move recently, becoming a client at the Herjavec Group. People who watched you on “Dancing with the Stars” know that Robert Herjavec was one of your fellow contestants. How did this new business relationship come about?A: From the show, I became friends with Robert. I liked him because I saw the person behind the TV show and a successful businessman. As part of my charity, the No Excuses Fund, I’d have kids come out to the show as my guests – not publicizing it or anything, just doing it behind the scenes– and I noticed Robert was doing it, too. Our personalities clicked. He’s just a good guy. I saw a part of myself in him, or I saw that he is somebody I could aspire to be. I could look at him as a mentor. After the show was over, he pulled me aside and said he wanted to help me be successful in business. Robert’s very successful. He makes good decisions. He gave me a lot of encouragement, and that was great – not just that he wanted to help me, but that he thought I had the potential to be successful. He made a joke one day: “I’m going to make money on you one day, but right now I want to help you.” Just knowing that I could look to him for advice and encouragement was tremendously helpful to me.Q: You’ve talked about the possibility doing another TV show, maybe something that combines adventure, extreme sports and philanthropy. Is that still the plan?A: =inheritI do want to do more television. I’ve done lots of TV interviews, and I’m hoping that I find myself doing something more long-term, in a show. I’m even interested in trying acting. My publicist is working on things, and I’m about to do some casting calls. I did a Skype interview recently for something, and I’m waiting to hear back on it. I want to continue to be in the public eye. I enjoy it. I get a thrill out of it.A long interview… I only post the most interesting part for me. Check the link
