I don't think Paula could land on her feet! She might break a hip or something.

I guess we missed celebrating this on the 18th. Luv? do we need a cake? Can you imagine that many of our grandmothers were not able to vote !
Mine were born in the early 1890s so didn't vote for the first 30 years of their lives. This may sound terrible, but maybe we need to have some of the things we take for granted taken away from us for a while so when we get those privileges back, we will be more responsible and appreciate them more--and exercise our rights more!!! Novel Idea.....Kind've like taking things away from kids who haven't appreciated what they have. It is pathetic how few people vote--except every 4 years--and then they don't even know the issues or who is running.

Passed by Congress June 4, 1919, and ratified on August 18, 1920, the 19th amendment guarantees all American women the right to vote. Achieving this milestone required a lengthy and difficult struggle; victory took decades of agitation and protest. Beginning in the mid-19th century, several generations of woman suffrage supporters lectured, wrote, marched, lobbied, and practiced civil disobedience to achieve what many Americans considered a radical change of the Constitution. Few early supporters lived to see final victory in 1920.
Nice cake, Luv!!! And I remember my grandmothers wearing those dresses!!! LOL

Here's the Art photo.
"Art?" Only if you can call soft porn "art". Not flattering and not appropriate. I wonder if she thinks about whether she would want her children (or other people's children) to see that photo?? Once it's out there in the public domain on SM, it is out there forever.
