And this is what we are up to here...papitas from pumpkin seeds. Taking it one step further and oiling, seasoning, and toasting the papitas at the end.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers April and Niece. I feel as though I know Niece quite well, what with posting her picks seeing her loyalty to Alexa week in and week out.
I hope Alexa can stay around for awhile, too. With her husband. Though I have heard some say they are tired of that "married couple" dynamic to the show.

Ooooh. I'm excited for her! Nothing like a reno project to make a home your own. I guess we therefore have not seen glimpses of her new purchase. Nothing earlier looked quite like a 1926 cottage did it.
