Good Morning to you all...
I am going to see what is going on the morning after part one of the Finale then I must head out for my acupuncture appointment...hope she has a "needle" for shingles....LOL
I am posting the recipe for Broccoli Casserole here and on our other board too....
Broccoli Casserole
Heat oven 350 degrees
Ingredients
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( you can use cream of celery or chicken if you don't like mushrooms)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup butter, melted
1.2 package Pepperage Farm Cornbread Stuffing (not the mix kind)
Cook broccoli 5 minuets and drain well.
Combine the first 6 ingredients.
Put in well greased casserole dish.
Melt butter and add to stuffing crumbs and put on top of the broccoli mixture.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes (until bubbly and the cornbread has browned),
This recipe double well if you need too!!!
Hope you enjoy it....it is one of my favorites...

View.....my daughter wants to pick Bindi for winning the mirrorball....I am torn....LOL....my head says Bindi but my heart wants to vote for Alek......LOL.....and yep I am going against popular opinion and picking Alek to win (even though it will probably be Bindi)......I don't know I just think this season has the potential to be another upset season like the Zendaya season was......Bindi seems like a shoo in to win but sometimes that backfires and people don't vote.....hmmmmmm........LOL...still torn but I am going to stick with saying Alek could pull off a dark horse win
AND VIEW YOU HAVE BEEN AWESOME KEEPING UP OUR CHARTS!!! THANK YOU!! IT HAS MADE THIS SEASON SO MUCH FUN TO HAVE THE BETTING CHARTS!!!

I loved your tradition with the tablecloth, april.
Makes me wish I were hosting the gang at my house this year. We'll have to do it next year.
Remember the auntie that first got me to watch Maks and Meryl after the season - which then led to registering on the old board, etc.
I am thankful for her. She's 90 now, the last of that generation. And because of her, when the extended family gets together we have 5 generations!!
