In that same vein....I was thinking how after my mother passed away, how fun and poignant it was to go through all her recipe cards, her recipe journal (given to her at her wedding shower...everyone recorded a recipe or two in it) that we used all her life. That is how we referred to many recipes - "Aunt Marie's Sour Cream Raisin Pie", "Mrs. Paul's Overnight Buns" "Frances' Brownies" etc.
So I was thinking how hilarious!! My own will include Tango'd Beef. Jetmama's Cranberry Coffee Cake. Broccoli a la CEK's mil. LOLOL Daughter and son will be like "Huh?"
The pendants are very real already. For now, I am waiting for Jet and Vmmm to pm their addresses. Better luck for us next time, right? ,You did well too being the leader for a good while. And thankyou very much for being our oh so meticulous score keeper with excel, majonaise jars and all.... Maybe some lurkers will come out of the woodworks, if we are playing in earnest. *lol*
