I'm sipping iced Chai as we speak... 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup concentrate over ice. I love this sample batch I cooked up. No grainy residue, gabriele, because the simmered spices are whole. If anyone wants the recipe I'll post it on the other thread. And for my 2 friends I'll include a recipe card in their gift.
Back to work for me!!
HUGS
is this the same kind of tea they gave Bindi??????

Look what I found...a pic of Tango at the meet and greets....
You can see more "meet and greet" pictures of other guests here...I only did Thurs. & Fri. M&Gs. Saturday, the M&G was between the matinee and evening shows. Hubby was supposed to arrive on Friday at 11 p.m., but he missed his flight. He ended up spending the night in the airport, and good ol' Southwest didn't charge him anything to rebook him on a flight the next morning. He got in about 12:30 p.m. I had to go pick him up. It was raining out so we didn't feel like walking around downtown. We showered and changed and made it to the matinee at intermission. But we were starving afterward and he didn't care about the M&G.
Sunday, I just couldn't do it, and I knew I would see Maks & Tony on Monday, so I just went to the show. Also, after having to leave early to pick up hubby at the airport on Sat., I didn't want to leave the workshop early again. That's why there are only 2 pix when I could have had 4!
Hubby loved the show that he saw 1 1/2 times. I knew he would because it's the kind of dancing that we love. I got up early to take him to the airport on Sunday so I could be back in time for the dance workshop. This was kind of Murphy's trip for him because when he was on his way to the airport on Tuesday to pick me up, he ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere.
But none of that matters, because I got to dance with Maks. I still can't believe it! If I didn't have a bit of video, however bad, I would think it was all a dream. So glad I can share it with you because you all know what it means to me!
I am so glad your hubby got to experience a part of Sway with you how awesome

Hi guys just popping in real quick....it has been a long couple days....yesterday morning she was fine and then by afternoon was not feeling well and not keeping anything down....so we ended up in the ER last night....well...her counts were down again so they admitted her and she had a transfusion in the middle of the night last night....today she is much better so this afternoon they let her come home.....so after a (luckily) short stay and a mostly sleepless night we are back home and we are holding her chemo again until next Wednesday to give her counts time to come up some more
gonna go catch up real quick then heading to bed seriously early...LOL
I saw these on google and thought it was a cute idea
Ingenious!!
Give our niecey hugs and best wishes....

CEK, you found a lot of news...especially considering the lull we seem to be in. Thanks.
And don't apologize for getting mixed up about the birthdays. I'm just glad someone made a list.
Maybe there's a full moon or something - This noon I texted one of the older granddaughters - asked if she wanted me to make her favorite cake for her birthday tomorrow. She, said sure...but you know that my birthday's today, right?
Yikes... I did get it done. But I feel like it's a good thing I'm not signing important documents or making other important decisions today. So, welcome to my world, CEK

HEY, LADIES!!!
Long time, lots going on...missed all of you! Hope your holiday preparations are going along swimmingly. Up and down, slow and fast here at the moment. I keep telling myself this too shall pass and it will all be ok!!
I had the nicest surprise in today's mail. It was my PRIZE from Gabriele for being a co-winner with vmmm of View's DWTS S21 Lottery Predictions!!! Our sister downunder was kind enough to offer a choice of 3 jewelry pieces she donated as the gift--and I received mine today! It is a lovely Celtic cross in silver with a chain! I will take a photo and attach it after I post this.
THANK YOU, GABRIELE for your kindness and generosity!! Should have seen my hubby and our English (male counterpart) guest hovering around this small little packet from Australia when the other 2 of us got home from shopping about noon! In all their excitement, I'm surprised those nosey men didn't open it!!! HAHA Explaining the whole thing was slightly awkward, but I think they more or less got it!!! LOL Very amusing....I just said that great things come in small packages...and don't forget that! Friends from all corners of the earth share with each other!!
So excited to have a little bit of Australia in my Christmas stocking! It was good fun and I never expected to win!!
VMMM: Which one did you get? Congrats to you!
Thanks again, Gabriele!
Here's a photo
