    We are late putting up our tree, we try to do it the first week in December but it just didn't happen.  The I got all the decorations out of the attic so I can go through them and if they are no longer any good or I don't want them I will donate them.

     
    I have only gotten about half of my decorations up too...LoL.....just slower this year...hopeful ly I will get them finished tomorrow

    I know what you mean....I can't do as much as I use to in a day...have to take a few breaks if I start to ache...LOL  My back doctor told me to not try to do it all in a day, and that is so hard for me and I hate asking someone or waiting for someone to help me get something down or move something that is to heavy!!!!

    Ok didn't mean to end that there...LOL....accidentally hit post too soon....I was going to ask if you got your tree done and say sorry I missed you all this morning, we were spending the day with my Hubby's sister and her hubby:-)

    Only got the lights on it...I will finish decorating it tomorrow.  I also have to finish Christmas Shopping, 4 more things to get and I really don't want to go to the mall so I may order them on line.  My daughter and I went to the mall last night because she hasn't gotten anything but it was so crowded you couldn't look so all we did was walk got supper and she got herself a book and two sweaters...LOL

     
    I am so far behind on shopping...LoL...I will probably be finishing it on Christmas eve...LOL

    The whole family this year decided "less is more"  the grandchildren get so much between grandparents, great grandma, aunts and Santa and the adults actually don't need anything because they just go and buy what they want.  Last year we were lucky because we were planning our Disney Trip.  

    I still have to get something for my oldest daughter and my youngest and my daughter in law.  I know what I want to get just have to go and do it or order it....Oh and a pollyanna for Christmas Eve at my MIL's house

    My back is doing pretty good...only when I overdo is when I actually have any discomfort.  The shingles are doing ok too, still have a little feeling like it is burning but not awful.  I do get sidetracked too...I have so many unfinished things and my mind is like the dog in the movie....

    LOL!!!!!! Yep.....and glad to hear your back is doing well :-)  and you are feeling well this season!! You had a rough couple years

    Me either...I am just glad that I am not sick this year and that my back is better than last year.  I am not letting it stress me out either...
