We went to the mountains today so got back a little later than I'd expected.
Oh wow....did you have a good trip????
Yeah--it's 2 hrs. up and 2 hrs. back!! Our friends love to go there for lunch (!!) and some shopping. There was snow ont he ground, which was a surprise because I didn't know it had snowed up there! Ski lifts were working but not alot of skiers. It was in the upper 50's so I had shorts on and it was comfortable!!
I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

Kids will be here on Christmas...and for most of 2 weeks...at least the northern contingent. Only a couple days with the SD group...and they have dog sitting problems now apparently.

LOL.....I know and Gabriele's like 13 or so hrs from us but I can never remember if it's ahead or behind of us

NO! Just the local mountains....I think they are the San Bernardino mountains!!! Not really sure!!! LOL Sierras are on the eastern side of the state by Nevada. They are the biggies. We were at Big Bear Lake--about 6,700 ft. elevation.
