19....I just set the clock on the iPad for Sydney....but that would be 16 hrs. from you.

soooo.....it would be about 9 or 10 am there????? do I have that right???

In our family and in the family in which I grew up, a roast leg of lamb dinner is the # 1 dinner, that is if it is not over cooked:  gravy or even better the drippings, roasted potatoes, green beans, beets, peas, mint jelly, the works.  My husband whose mom was an outstanding southern cook, discovered that he too loved lamb---what a relief.

My mom always did a leg of lamb for a special occasion when we could get a nice one.

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. I am of British decent...my maternal grandmother was from Liverpool, England and tea is my drink of choice...hot or iced...sugar no milk!!!

OOOOHHHHHH!!! Iced SWEET TEA!!!! yummmmmmmm   have you ever had sun tea?????

Used to make lots of sun tea, but sweet tea is a complete YUK for me! There is a reason for that. When I was about 12 or 13 we visited my grandfather's widow in MS. It was VERY hot and humid...and I was extremely thirsty. We were from NM so we didn't drink tea....pretty much water or milk! The tea was sooooo sweet it was like syrup--it virtually made me gag. I was afraid of being rude, so I didn't ask for anything else. I have had an aversion to sweetened tea ever since then. I can smell the sugar or the sweetener in it!

Oh yeah it can definitely be over sweetened.....I don't like mine overly sweet and alot of times I drink it unsweetened

Hey, we are eclectic here.  I love, love love beets>  And you know what's wonderful about this?  So many people don't that they give me their fresh beets that are included in the fresh produce memberships with local farms.

A couple years ago a friend of mine grew some beets in her garden.  They were HUGE!!!  She gave me 3.  The biggest one weighed 7 lbs and the total of the 3 was 20#!!!  I cooked them and froze them

I am from North Carolina on a farm and I have eaten some things most people would not but beets just don't work for me...

for me it's oysters......yuck.....LOL

Oysters for me too.  The very first time I went to visit my then boyfriend, now husband's, family, they cooked a magnificent meal:  rare steak, raw oysters, incredible slaw, homemade biscuits, sliced fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and raw onion in a a vinegar mixture, baked potatoes and asparagus.  I didn't know what to say or do about the rare steak or the raw oysters.  It was my future father-in-law, who was frequently mistaken for Jackie Gleason, in both looks and personality, who took pity on me as I got quieter and quieter while trying to down the oysters and eat the rare steak.  And while I grew to prefer medium rare steak to medium or well done, I was never able to acquire a taste for oysters.  That night, he put my steak back on the grill.
